Meet Our Providers

 D. William Edgren, M.D., a native of Washington, D.C. is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Practice, received his bachelor’s degree from Washington University in St. Louis, and his medical degree from the University of South Florida College of Medicine.
 

His passion for the outdoors brought him west to the University of Wyoming Family Practice Residency Program in 1991 where he was appointed Chief Resident and Attending Physician at the Cheyenne Veterans Administration Hospital.  Dr. Edgren also instructed other physicians in training before relocating to Rockford, Illinois, establishing a medical practice there.
 

In 2015, the mountains called Dr. Edgren back to Cheyenne to join our growing practice. Dr. Edgren enjoys providing full service medical care for the entire family including preventative care, office procedures, and many other services including immigration and FAA physicals.  Dr. Edgren embraces the Wyoming lifestyle, indulging in our outdoor activities like skiing, running, camping, and hiking whenever possible.  

Jennifer is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner with a strong commitment to patient care. She brings nearly 30 years of healthcare experience at our clinic treating patients of all ages. Originally from New Mexico, Jennifer completed her undergraduate education at the University of Wyoming before earning her Master of Science, Family Nurse Practitioner Program from Regis University.

With a passion for healthcare and an emphasis on fostering meaningful relationships with her patients, Jennifer believes that effective patient care goes beyond clinical treatment—it involves understanding each individual’s needs and helping them achieve their health goals. This philosophy has allowed her to create strong bonds with her patients, making a positive impact on their health journeys.

Outside the office Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family and their horses.

Nicole is originally from Fort Collins, Colorado, although she considers herself a Wyoming girl at heart as she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and then Doctorate of Nursing Practice from the University of Wyoming. She remains a huge supporter of her alma mater, and as a season ticket holder, you will find Nicole and her husband most Saturdays in the fall cheering on the Pokes.

Nicole spent her time as a registered nurse in many different areas within the acute care setting including the medical, oncology, surgical, cardiac, neurologic, and orthopedic specialties. During this time, she cared for patients with a number of chronic health conditions, leading her to pivot and focus more on primary care and preventative health strategies. Nicole enjoys caring for patients of all ages, with a particular passion for women’s health.

In her spare time, Nicole likes to stay active through traveling, camping, and more recently, hiking 14ers.

 Marianne graduated from the University of Northern Colorado in 2020 with her Masters of Science in Nursing with a focus on family nurse practitioner.  She then attended Maryville University and obtained her post-masters certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
 

Her experience as a nurse practitioner includes working on acute rehab unit, primary care, palliative care, hospice care, Alzheimer's dementia care, inpatient mental health, and outpatient mental health.
 

Marianne has always had an interest in caring for others and has been working in the medical field since 1998.  She believes in treating the whole person including physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.  She believes care should be collaborative between the patient and provider.
